Anchor Hocking Royal Ruby Candy Dish:  The Anchor Hocking factory, called the Black Cat, is partially named for the Hocking River, on which shores it sits.  The Black Cat burned down in 1924.  Later, Hocking Glass merged with the Anchor Cap Company to complete its name, Anchor Hocking.  Royal Ruby glass from the 40’s & 50’s adorns many antique shops and a moonstone product still intrigues most of us.  Outasite!!
